JTC Board Positions for 2025
At the forth coming Jordans Tennis Club AGM (date to be confirmed) there will be an opportunity for any Adult Club Member to stand for election to the JTC Committee in the role of:
Chairman with effect from 1st June 2025
Organise and chair Club Committee Meetings and AGM later including report to members. Ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Manage annual club calendar of events. Liaise where needed with JVC.
Treasurer with effect from 1st June 2025
Role involves joint management of Club Bank account, payment of key rental dues, compilation and official reporting of clubs financial position at AGM. In this role you will be a registered party on the club bank account.
Membership Secretary with effect from date Q3/4 2025
Role involves receipt of new membership applications. Registration of new members on My Courts system. Issuance of key for court access. Monitoring of membership numbers and Jordans resident ratio. Removal of ex-member details and booking rights on My Courts.
Nominations of interest by should be made by the interested party to David Wooster (Current Chair) noting the specific role of interest.
